In the Harvard style, references are listed at the end of your work, and are organised alphabetically by the surname of the author. Many people use these terms interchangeably so, if you are unsure about which one to use, ask your tutor.
- A reference list includes all the works that have been referred to in your text.
- A bibliography should include any books or other material which you consulted when writing, even if you have not cited them in your text.
